Shipping policy
Processing Time:
- Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- For items marked with a specific time frame, please refer to the product description for the estimated ship date.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Split Shipments (Backordered Items):
To ensure fairness and consistency across all orders, we follow the guidelines below for orders containing a mix of in-stock and backordered items:
- Orders ship together by default when all items will be available within 3 weeks of the purchase date or when the order was placed using a discount or promotional code.
- If a backordered item is expected to arrive more than 3 weeks from the purchase date and the order was placed at full price, we will automatically split the shipment as a courtesy and ship the in-stock item(s) first.
- If you wish to request a split shipment outside of the above guidelines, a small additional shipping fee will be applied to cover the second label.
Shipping Methods and Rates:
- We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including Priority Shipping, and Express Shipping.
- Shipping rates are free for Priority Shipping on orders $90+ and $14.95 for Express Shipping to the entire USA.
- We only offer international shipping to military addresses at the moment.
Domestic Shipping:
- Priority Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping option is available for faster delivery, with estimated delivery times of 1-2 business days.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently do not offer international shipping to address outside of military. Please provide a physical mailing address in the USA for delivery.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
- If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order begins processing for shipping, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
- Please review all information before placing an order. Incorrect addresses for delivered products will not be refunded.
- If an order is returned due to insufficient address we can reship, but a new shipping cost will be invoiced.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, we understand that issues may arise during transit. Any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments will not be refunded or replaced if the tracking number post an order has been delivered. A claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
